Delete your Studio EA account
Delete it in the app
The app is in Turkish; the labels to tap are shown in quotes.
- Open the Studio EA app and sign in.
- Tap the “Profil” tab.
- Open “Bildirim ve hesap ayarları” (notifications and account settings).
- At the bottom, tap “Hesabı Sil” (delete account).
- Type SİL to confirm and tap “Kalıcı olarak sil” (delete permanently).
Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately.
If you have Premium: deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
If you cannot use the app
From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject “Account deletion request” to [email protected]. Once we have verified it is you, we will delete the account within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, full name, sign-in methods (email/password, Google, Apple)
- Your exercise history: lessons watched, where you stopped, lessons completed
- Your saved lessons
- Device tokens registered for notifications
What stays for a while
- Database backups: in the automatic daily backups until that backup expires, then deleted.
- Usage analytics: in a form not directly linked to your account, for up to 2 months; crash reports for 90 days.
- Records we must keep by law, if any: for the period the law requires.
